Spa Tips & Protocol
Star Brows’ services are by appointment only. Planning a couple of weeks in advance will make it more likely that you will receive your desired appointment time. We also recommend that you book your next service before leaving.

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide 48 to 24-hours’ notice. A $25 fee may be applied to your next appointment when less or no notice is given.

We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled services to allow time for full consultation.

Spa Etiquette
Cell phones must be turned off or placed in silent mode when entering the spa.

The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs with official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception to this rule.

Minor Clients
Children between 10 and 17 years of age may receive services but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We have a 30-day exchange policy. If you’re not satisfied with your product, you can exchange it. If you received a service that you are not happy with, please let us know within 24 hours and we will strive to re-book your correction within the first week so we can make it right.

Star Brows is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing items.

Our Facial services utilize a Body Contour System so that the woman’s head is elevated above her heart and her body’s curves are supported.

In appreciation for exceptional service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. A customary 15% to 20% gratuity is suggested.

We accept local checks, credit and debit cards, and Spa Finder gift cards. Star Brows Gift Certificates may be purchased online on the Gift Certificates page.
