Reservations

Star Brows’ services are by appointment only.  Planning a couple of weeks in advance will make it more likely that you will receive your desired appointment time. We also recommend that you book your next service before leaving.

Cancellations

To reschedule, please provide 24-hours’ notice, or a cancellation fee may apply.

Arrival

We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled services to allow time for full consultation.

Spa Etiquette

Cell phones must be turned off or placed in silent mode when entering the spa.

Minor Clients

Children between 10 and 17 years of age may receive services but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Attire

This is your special treatment, and we want you to feel totally at ease. It is customary for guests to completely disrobe for their facial or massage services, although undergarments may be worn if preferred.

Valuables

Star Brows is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing items.

Pregnancy

Although you’ll want to avoid treatments using deep pressure, heat, and certain essential oils, massage is a great de-stressor for the mom-to-be. Pregnancy Massage utilizes a body contour cushion system so that a pregnant woman may lay face-down in complete comfort.

Gratuity

In appreciation for exceptional service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. A customary 15% to 20% gratuity is suggested.

Payment

We accept local checks, credit and debit cards, and Spa Finder gift cards. Star Brows Gift Certificates may be purchased online on the Gift Certificates page.
