About Star Brows

Star Brows is located on Grand Avenue in Grover Beach, California, just blocks from the Pacific Ocean.

Owner Linda Hall Ruberto is a licensed Skincare and Waxing Specialist and a certified Massage Therapist. She has been in practice since 1995. Former owner of Body Rhythms Therapeutic Spa & Salon in Minnesota, Linda is currently in private practice specializing in providing luxurious spa experiences, fabulous eyebrows, and restorative bodywork.

While she chose the name “Star Brows” to reflect her passion for eyebrow design, Linda also offers a variety of other services that enhance beauty and encourage healthful aging through skincare treatments, cosmetics, and waxing.

As a former dancer and studio owner, Linda strives to use her massage practice to help clients make changes that facilitate balanced body dynamics.

Through her Star Brows Blog, she seeks to educate you, as well as the spa professional, in makeup artistry and skincare, waxing and brow design techniques, holistic health, and body care.

Linda Ruberto holds a Certified Massage Practitioner (CMP) credential from the California Massage Therapy Council. She is also a California State Licensed Esthetician (LE) and member of Associated Skin Care Professionals and Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
